When life takes you in a different direction, change can be a powerful motivator.
Brad was moving to a new town home, making a new beginning for himself and his two teenage daughters.
Their town home was under construction when we first saw it, but had so much potential. It was really the perfect place. Brad gave us a lot of leeway and we were off and running.
We began by creating a warm gray color scheme. The fabrics in the living room reflected the gray with some beige and black. The pattern in the carpet echoed the selected colors as well and added warmth under foot.
Extra space in the kitchen provided the perfect place for a desk, so that Brad would have a space to work from home.
Plus, there was plenty of room for a large custom table, which gives him the ability to entertain as well. Custom counter stools were added to the island for casual family dining.
A swivel chair in the middle of these two rooms connected the sitting areas in the living room and the kitchen area.
It was important for Brad to have a comfortable place to enjoy with everyone, especially at the beginning of this new phase of life. Now this house is a place that Brad and his daughters can call HOME.
